If we go to the extreme of not wanting to work because we are sad about something in our lives, we will not be able to move forward. We will not be able to think clearly and function at our best. We will feel like we lack the motivation and energy that comes from having a job. To get back on track, we need to do what is necessary to help us recover.

If we are only sad and lonely, we will eventually give up and stop trying. However, if we keep working and keep our heads up and keep moving forward, we can find hope and peace again.
